In an era where technology is shaping the future of industries, economies, and societies, women are driving innovation and breaking barriers like never before. Yet, their stories and contributions often remain untold or underappreciated. That's why GirlCodes is proud to present our annual Women in Tech Power List—a celebration of the trailblazing women who are not just reshaping the tech landscape but also inspiring the next generation of leaders.
From groundbreaking engineers and visionary founders to data scientists, product managers, and advocates for diversity in STEM, this year's Power List showcases a remarkable array of talent and tenacity. These women have harnessed the power of technology to create meaningful change, whether by developing life-saving software, championing ethical AI, or building inclusive tech communities. Alongside these inspiring individuals, we also recognize the vital role of company partners and coding bootcamps in fostering opportunities and empowering women to excel in tech.
As we unveil this year's honorees, we invite you to join us in applauding their achievements, amplifying their voices, and reaffirming our commitment to a more inclusive and equitable tech industry. Together, let's shine a light on the pioneers who are proving that when women lead in tech, everyone benefits.
